Bi-Weekly Meetings

When you join you are organised into one of our Groups. These groups meet bi-weekly on Zoom which is where we catch each other up about business but also discuss a Hot Topic in the ‘Town Hall’ which was submitted by a member.

Slack Community

We like to stay away from Whattsapp so we have a slack community where we have set channels for set discussions and so forth. Plus it allows you to have all the members at your finger tips.

The Vault

Our Exclusive Partners offer benefits and services to our members. These partners are varied between Business services, Personal services or both. All of the partners and their perks are listed on the app.

Monthly Socials

Either being hosted in Manchester or London we will always meeting once a month for a social. These vary in the theme or style and we do aim for a Big Summer Social and a Christmas Social as Key Events.

Hosted by Members and Guest Experts, our webinars are here to help you upskill, learn, grow and so forth. With you being both a Mentor and Mentee with RT culture, these webinars allow you to get knowledge from the experts that is exclusive to us.

When I started out in business, no one would pay me any mind. I was freshly 22 and being from a city where the local entrepreneurs only worked with the people they went to school with, I had to think further a field.

I started to be obsessed with business and always had this urge to help others grow their own, leading me down the rabbit hole of courses and workshops. Which I then tried to implement everything with my first business to see what worked and what failed.

This led to people disliking that I was loud about trying new things and always changing the plates I was spinning. It made me realise that these were not my people.

Until I started to network and find other people like myself. Then I realised I wanted the people around me who are striving to be the best version of themselves with no form of gate keeping their knowledge and wisdom.

“Network = Networth” is a cheesy saying but it is so true.

So now, I make sure to surround others with similar people who have the same mindset.

That’s when I created Roundtable.
