It started back in March 2022…

It all began with an idea. I, Kallum, knew an array of different people from Networking whom are the best of the best in what they do yet these people did not know one another.

I approached them all to see if they would like to start networking with each other online every couple of weeks to help one another both in business and life.

I will admit, there wasn’t really an aim other than putting like-minded people in the same room as one another. However the months following that we started to see members collaborating and helping one another.

Creating “sales” was never the aim as I didn’t want anyone to simply look for an easy bit of cash and I am blessed that no members have ever treated it that way.

Fast Forward to October 2022 and I personally started to network a lot more via LinkedIn which is where I started to the meet the new ‘big dogs’ in business from around the country and abroad.

Once I told them about Roundtable and how I founded it, they wanted to be apart of it.

But to keep the quality of Roundtable alive, each person was handpicked. Starting the private aspect of what we hold dear.

We realised that everyone could come in with one thing in common and that was myself. What ever form of humour or conversations you had with me, you could comfortably have them with the other members.

With that, we grew from 6 people and as of Summer 2024, we hit 30 members. In that time people had naturally developed themselves and their businesses whilst also helping other members to do the same.

It was with this that a particular member mentioned how we had evolved and the potential of what Roundtable could become. He was right and the other members agreed.

So as of June 2024 I set out to level us up. Starting by putting a focus group of randomly selected members together so that I could learn from them and the other members on how we can make Roundtable the best Exclusive and Private community out there.

With that brands started to want to partner with the community.

We have now looked at how we can share the knowledge of our members and our network, so we are are launching a Podcast.

Plus for the first time since I founded Roundtable…

Roundtable is now just for me. It is for every member striving for the best of both themselves, their business and others.

Everyone is a mentor and a mentee.

Everyone is here to both Give and also Take something from it.

and… I am personally blessed to have each member take a part of it.
